Traveling Superintendent

As a Traveling Construction Superintendent, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Working on Ground-Up & Remodel Retail projects across Texas up to the value of $50M.


What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Manage and supervise construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes safety and efficiency.
• Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project management and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. 
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections to ensure compliance with blueprints, schematics, and industry standards.
• Implement OSHA regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets while monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Solid knowledge of contracts related to construction projects and the ability to interpret them accurately.
