Superintendent

Immediate Superintendent Opening - High-end Residential GC

• Construction experience required
• High-end Residential Ground-up experience required
• South Florida area experience preferred
• 5-10+ Years of experience
• Ability to manage job site, sub-contractors, schedule (2 weeks out), Etc.
• Experience managing construction projects $3MM - $25MM
• familiar with construction management software (procore, buildertrend, etc.)
• Excellent benefits and bonus offered

Salary: $100K - 140K + Benefits & Bonus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
