Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 base salary (depending on experience)

A well-established and reputable commercial glazing contractor in the Charlotte, NC area is looking to bring on a Superintendent to oversee field operations for mid to large-scale glazing projects. This is a great opportunity for an experienced field leader to join a stable company with a strong presence in the region and a consistent pipeline of work.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day field operations across multiple commercial glazing projects
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• Oversee installation of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, unitized/stick systems, and glass railings
• Conduct site inspections and progress reporting
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve on-site challenges promptly
• Lead and motivate field teams while maintaining a productive jobsite environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial glazing installations
• In-depth knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, and other glazing systems
• Strong understanding of field sequencing, jobsite coordination, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and hands-on
