Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Technical Expertise:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Conduct quality control inspections on completed jobs.

Budget Management:
• Assist in budget planning and tracking for the service department.
• Monitor expenses, labor costs, and materials to optimize profitability.

• Generate regular reports on service department performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
