We are seeking a Service Advisor / Service Division Lead to build, manage, and scale our growing Service Division. This is a leadership‑level role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and developing people.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and oversee the Service Division from the ground up
- Manage all incoming service calls and ensure timely, high‑quality execution
- Develop systems, workflows, and best practices for service operations
- Hire, train, and manage service technicians
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Scale the division to multiple service trucks and expanded coverage
Qualifications
- Prior experience running or building a service department strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to create systems and manage a growing team
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
