Senior Project Engiener

 
The Senior Project Engineer leads large-scale fieldwork and serves as the primary liaison between design teams and clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective coordination skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while meeting project objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Interpret construction documents and develop system testing procedures
• Lead inspections, equipment testing, and commissioning activities
• Oversee compliance with LEED, WELL, and industry certifications
• Analyze performance data and troubleshoot field issues
• Conduct site surveys and ensure code compliance
• Collaborate across disciplines and support junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including Retro-Cx and LL87 compliance
• Holds a relevant certification (LEED, CCP, CEM)
• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and NYC Building/Energy Codes
