Responsibilities -
Qualifications -
- Lead projects through all phases, including planning, design coordination, execution, and closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate across engineering disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals and technical standards
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and project controls throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of project management experience within engineering, construction, or consulting environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting
- Strong understanding of project delivery methods and coordination across disciplines (MEP, civil, structural, etc.)
- Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is a plus
