Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with NJ construction experience and a background of ground-up residential/mixed use buildings. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of NJ project management experience. Those that meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.
 
Responsibilities

• Creating work schedules, milestones, and phases for the project 
• Monitoring project deliverables
• Reporting progress to clients, interpreting contracts, and communicating the client's goals to subcontractors

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in NJ Construciton, ground-up experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
