Project Manager - Luxury Residential

Our client, a Luxury Housebuilder operating across South Florida are currently seeking a Project Manager, responsible for the profitable execution of the projects under their management including safe, on-time, on budget completion, adherence to corporate and contract compliance, quality control and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

• Review all construction contracts inclusive of allowances, exclusions, and qualifications.
• Familiarize self with all construction documents (plans, bulletins, sketches, memos, etc); maintain and distribute documents as needed.
• Follow submittal and RFI processes by maintaining logs and ensure timely completion and distribution.
• Visit each project site on a scheduled and regular basis to remain updated on construction activities and conduct safety checks. #IND1
• Work with Superintendents to develop the project plans, weekly schedule updates and monitor QA/QC.
• Review daily field reports submitted by Project Superintendent.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or possess the equivalent combination of technical training and/or related professional experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience working for a Luxury Housebuilder as a Project Manager on projects ranging from $1M - $10M.
• Residential experience with ultra high-end luxury homes required.
• Software knowledge - Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, Procore.
• English fluency (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
