We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. As a mid-sized electrical contractor based in the vibrant city of Ponte Vedra, Florida, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier electrical solutions to our clients across various sectors, from commercial to industrial.
  
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated professionals to successfully execute electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Collaboration: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes and maximize profitability.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize
project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and open communication channels to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns
promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the project management team.
  
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the electrical contracting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects, preferably in commercial and
industrial settings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients,
subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
