Project Manager – Commercial Solar (Hybrid | Jersey City, NJ area)

An established and rapidly growing commercial solar firm is hiring a Project Manager to support the construction and decommissioning of solar projects across the U.S.
This is a hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ area, with 2–3 days/week in-office and frequent overnight travel to project sites in North Carolina, California, Arizona, and other regions as the company expands.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end commercial solar projects, from construction to decommissioning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, subcontractors, site personnel and clients
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple active job sites

 
What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in construction project management (commercial solar preferred)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel overnight to project sites across the U.S.
