As our MEP Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality commercial construction projects by supporting the planning, coordination, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low‑voltage systems. In this role, you will ensure that building systems operate as intended by managing compliance requirements, supporting building automation integration, and overseeing testing, startup, and closeout activities across fast‑paced project environments.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure that all MEP work aligns with project drawings, specifications, commissioning plans, and owner requirements. You will also support the documentation, verification, and turnover processes necessary for high‑functioning and fully compliant building systems.

Experienced coordinators may take on more complex systems integration responsibilities, lead commissioning meetings, work directly with owners and facility teams, assist in resolving field‑driven MEP challenges, and support continuous improvement in project execution.

Your Background
  • Previous experience as an MEP coordinator, commissioning technician, field engineer, or related role in commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, low‑voltage infrastructure, and building automation controls.
  • Experience supporting or executing functional testing, system startup, TAB coordination, and commissioning workflows.
