As our Estimator, you will perform accurate, competitive, and well‑coordinated project proposals across a wide range of construction projects. In this role, you will prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, analyze drawings and specifications, develop cost estimates, and collaborate closely with project managers, preconstruction teams, and trade partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all bids.

You will help drive the planning and pricing strategy for upcoming work by identifying risks, evaluating constructability, validating scope, and supporting value‑engineering efforts. You will also assist with bid reviews, subcontractor outreach, and estimating documentation to support strong transitions from preconstruction into field execution.

Experienced estimators may lead full project estimates, manage conceptual and schematic pricing exercises, mentor junior estimators, and play a strategic role in improving estimating processes and cost data.

Successful estimators in this role demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, technical competence, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work in a deadline‑driven environment.

With a background in Job Order Contracting (JOC), our Estimator will support a high‑volume portfolio of quick‑turn commercial special projects from initial concept through final proposal. You will conduct site walks, interpret scope requests, perform detailed line‑item quantity takeoffs, and prepare accurate pricing using unit‑price books, coefficients, and owner‑approved pricing guidelines.
