Responsibilities:
- Project Planning, define project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure client satisfaction
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues
- Budget & Resource Management
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and timelines
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of project progress.
- 5-10 years experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance requirements
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with project management software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, PMP / PMI or related training (preferred but not required)
