Glazing Senior Project Manager

We're partnering with a leading commercial glazing contractor expanding their footprint in the Los Angeles market. They're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects ranging from high-rise façades to complex interior glazing scopes.
 
What You'll Do

• Lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout on multi-million-dollar glazing projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders while ensuring profitability.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to guarantee quality and compliance.
• Serve as the primary client interface, fostering strong relationships and repeat business.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with estimating, design, and field operations.

 
What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in commercial glazing / curtainwall / façade systems.
• Proven ability to manage projects $5M+ in value.
• Technical knowledge of unitized & stick-built curtainwall, ACM panels, storefront, and glass partitions.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, OST, or similar software.
