Senior Project Manager - Glazing & Specialty Metals
Location: Chicago, IL
Compensation: $130,000 base + quarterly bonuses (based on profit margins of closed jobs)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial glazing and specialty metals projects from inception to close-out. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in managing diverse scopes and collaborating with clients, architects, and field teams to deliver high-quality work.

Scope of Work Includes:
- Curtainwall & storefront systems (25-30% of total work)
- Interior buildouts
- Canopies
- Glass railings
- Ornamental metals
- Additional custom architectural elements
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Oversee installation activities, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Monitor project performance and maximize profitability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- 5+ years of project management experience in glazing, ornamental metals, or related construction disciplines.
- Proven track record delivering projects across curtainwall, storefront, and specialty metal scopes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- $130K base salary
