Project Manager – Commercial Glazing
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $100,000-$140,000 – Base salary or Base salary + commission-based structure available
Project Size: $500K – $9MM
 
We’re looking for a tenured Project Manager with a proven track record in the commercial glazing industry—someone who can step in and immediately contribute. This is a great opportunity to join a company with a healthy backlog and take the lead on high-impact projects ranging from $500K to $9MM.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of commercial glazing projects: curtain wall, storefront, unitized and stick systems, window wall, glass railings, and more
  • Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Interface with general contractors, architects, vendors, and field teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Ensure safety, quality, and timelines are consistently met or exceeded
  • Support and guide junior team members where needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the commercial glazing space
  • Strong technical knowledge of glazing systems and installation practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
