Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various Commercial, Education and Office projects within Dallas, TX.
This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all aspects of project delivery align with organizational goals and client expectations. 


Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Manage project budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Oversee requirements management to ensure all stakeholder needs are met.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial and education construction
• OSHA 30 certification
• Familiarity with project management software for team collaboration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
