What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, glazing subcontractors, architects, and property owners.
  • Review project specifications and design requirements, recommending optimal glazing solutions that balance cost, performance, and material availability.

  • Maintain organized records of bids, quotes, and sales activity.
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in shaping both short- and long-term business strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.

  • Proven success in sales estimating within commercial glazing or related industries.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and construction project lead tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude to understand and present technical solutions.
