Commercial Construction Estimator

The individual would be involved in soliciting subcontractors and vendors for project bids, conducting subcontractor walkthroughs, and de-scoping subcontractor and vendor proposals. The individual would also be required to perform plan takeoffs, utilizing estimation software and import information into Excel spreadsheets.

Preferred Background:

• 5+ years experience
• Education background in commercial construction
• Good communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Throughness, attention to detail
• Profiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
• Bluebeam, Procore, and/or BIM experience is a plus
• Must have valid driver's license
