Job Description
We are hiring two Assistant Project Managers to support our Project Management team with day‑to‑day project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist PMs with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
- Support field teams with material tracking, logistics, and communication
- Prepare and maintain project reports, logs, and documentation
- Help manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and accurately
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical construction or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a Project Manager role
